Vivo has launched the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro smartphones in China. Both phones are powered by the Dimensity 9500 SoC
Vivo X300 has a 6.31-inch LTPO OLED display, Vivo X300 Pro has a 6.78″ 1.5K 120Hz LTPO OLED display. Both phones have the latest Dimensity 9500 SoC with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB dual UFS 4.1 storage.
On Camera Vivo X300 has a 200MP main camera with 1/1.4″ Samsung HPB sensor, 50MP ultra-wide camera and a 50MP 1/1.95″ LYT602 periscope telephoto camera with telemacro. Vivo X300 Pro is the first phone to use a 50MP 1/1.28″ LYT828 main camera, has a 50MP ultra-wide camera and a 200MP 1/1.4″ Samsung HPB sensor for the 85mm periscope telephoto camera with telemacro. Both Phones have 50MP front camera.
The phones run Origin OS 6.0 based on Android 16. These have IP68 + IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. Vivo X300 has a
6040mAh battery, whereasthe Vivo X300 Pro is packed by a 6510mAh battery. Boty Phones support 90W ultra-fast flash charging, 40W wireless charging and reverse wireless charging
