Both Phones have Plastic build. Infinix S5 has a 6.6-inch (1600×720 pixels) 20:9 aspect ratio HD+ punch-hole display whereas Realme 5 comes with 6.5-inch (1520 x 720 pixels) HD+ dewdrop display, Both phones have a bigger display. Infinix S5 is powered by Helio P22 with 4GB RAM and 64GB Storage compared to Snapdragon 665 Processor up to 4GB RAM and 128G Storage, performance is better on Realme 5.

Both phones have Quad Rear Camera Setup Infinix S5 has 16MP main camera, 5MP Ultra-wide with macro Sensor, 2MP Depth Sensor, Low light Sensor and 32MP front camera Realme 5 comes with 12MP rear camera with f/1.8 aperture, PDAF, LED flash, EIS, 8MP 118° ultra-wide-angle lens, 2MP depth sensor, 2MP for 4cm macro and 13MP front camera, Camera is similar to both phones.
