Both Phones comes with a Fingerprint Scanner on the front and metal body. Oppo A77 has a  5.5-inch  (1080×1920 pixels)  Full HD display whereas Vivo V5s has a 5..5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD 2.5D curved display.

Oppo A77 is powered by 1.5 GHz Octa-Core MediaTek MT6750T 64-bit processor whereas Vivo V5s has 1.5 GHz Octa-Core MediaTek MT6750 processor. Both Phones has 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage which is further expandable with MicroSD card.

Both Phones has a 13MP Rear camera with LED Flash, Oppo A77 has a 16MP front-facing camera whereas Vivo V5s has a 20MP front-facing camera with Moonlight Flash. Oppo A77 is packed with a 3200mAh Battery whereas Vivo V5s has a 3000mAh Battery.
