On Design, both phones come with a Plastic body. Realme 3 has a 6.2-inch (1520 x 720 pixels) 19:9 HD+ IPS display compared to 6.3-inch (2350 x 1080 pixels) 19.5:9 Full HD+ TFT display on Galaxy M20.The display on M20 is better compared to Realme 3.

Realme 3 is powered by Octa Core MediaTek Helio P70 12nm processor whereas Galaxy M20 has
Exynos 7904 14nm processor both come with 3/4GB RAM and 32/64GB Storage and has support for the dedicated MicroSD card slot. Performance on Realme 3 is better. On Camera Realme 3 has a 13MP+2MP Dual Rear Camera and 13MP front camera whereas Galaxy M20 has 13+5MP Dual Rear Camera and 8MP front camera, both phones can record 1080p videos does not support EIS.
