On Design Redmi Note 7 comes with Glass body with Frame made up of plastic. On the back, there is 2.5D curved glass which gives grip in hand. Both front and Back Glass is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Redmi Note 7 has a 6.3-inch (2340 ×1080 pixels) Full HD+ LTPS in-cell display which produces good colors and Viewing Angle. Overall Build quality is good as the back is made up of glass it’s slippery better to use with Case.

Performance

Redmi Note 7 is powered by 2.2GHz Octa Core Snapdragon 660 14nm processor with Adreno 512 GPU. It has 3GB LPDDR4x RAM with 32GB storage, 4GB LPDDR4x RAM with 64GB storage, expandable memory up to 256GB with microSD. Out of 32GB around 21GB is available for the user and 54GB out of 64GB is available for the user.Performance is good while playing PUBG, Asphalt 9 glass body gets heat up while on normal use there is no heating issue. Snapdragon 660 on Note 7 is not an underclocked as found on Realme 2 Pro, Zenfone Max Pro M2.

Battery Life

Redmi Note 7 is packed by a 4000mAh battery which can provide 1 day of battery life with heavy use with normal use it can easily last for 1 and a half day. In our test, Redmi Note 7 got 8 Hours of Screen on Time. It can play PUBG for more than 5 Hours

USB Type C & Quick Charge 4.0 Support

Redmi Note 7 is first Redmi Series phone to come with USB Type C port. It has also support for Quick charge 4.0 Box charger is 5V 2A Charger which takes around 2 Hour 15 Min to charge 4000mAh Battery. With Fast charger, it takes 15-20min  less time.

Decent Camera

On Camera, it has a 12MP rear camera with LED Flash 1.25um pixel size, PDAF, f/2.2 aperture, secondary 2MP camera and 13MP front-facing camera. Both front and Rear Camera can record 1080P Videos, Portrait Mode and has support for EIS. It has also support for Camera 2 API out of Box. Daylight images look good also indoor images the low light camera is decent with stock Camera App selfies are also good. Portrait mode works well. Overall Redmi Note 7 Camera is decent.
