Performance

 

Redmi 12C is powered by an Octa-Core Helio G85 processor. It comes with 4/6 GB LPDDR4X RAM with 64/128GB storage which is further expandable memory up to 1TB  with microSD. Performance is good but heats up while playing high-end games for a long time. Overall performance is good for casual usage, you will notice lags while playing games or multitasking.

 

50MP Camera

 

On-Camera, it has a 50MP primary camera,2MP Depth camera, and 5MP front camera, Both cameras can record 1080p videos. camera modes include Portrait, Panorama, Pro Mode, Night Mode, and HDR. The main sensor captures good images in daylight, In low light conditions camera is decent. the front camera is decent, Video recording is decent.

 

Battery Life

 

Redmi 12C packs a 5000mAh Battery which can deliver more than one day of battery life with normal usage. In our battery test, we got around 9 hours of battery backup which includes gaming, video playback, and camera use.

 

Notch Display

 

It has a 6.71-inch (1650 x 720 pixels) HD+ Notch display which produces good colors and viewing angle, In outdoor display brightness is decent. It comes with Panda glass protection. Redmi 12C lacks a higher refresh Rate.

 

Micro USB

Redmi 12C comes with a MicroUSB port and 10W Charging support, it takes around 3 hours to charge 5000mAh Battery fully.

 

Redmi 12C is priced at Rs 8999 for 4GB RAM and Rs 10999  for 6GB RAM. It offers a big display, good performance, a camera, and battery life lacks a higher refresh Rate, just 10W charging, MicroUSB.  4GB RAM is good to buy at Rs 8500 with bank offers. 6GB RAM variant not worth buying Moto G32, Realme C55, Infinix Note 12i available with FHD+ Display.
