Samsung has launched Samsung Galaxy A55 and Samsung Galaxy A35 smartphones in India. Both phones have a 120Hz Super AMOLED display, Galaxy A55 is powered by Exynos 1480 SoC and Galaxy A35 has an Exynos 1380 SoC.
Both the phones feature a 50MP main camera with OIS, video digital image stabilization (VDIS), and 5MP macro sensor. Galaxy A55 has a 12MP ultra-wide, and Galaxy A35 has an 8MP ultra-wide camera. Galaxy A35 has a 13MP front camera compared to 32MP on Galaxy A55.
Both phones run Android 14 with One UI 6.1, and the company guarantees up to four generations of OS upgrades and five years of security updates for the phones. There are security features such as Knox Vault, new photography capabilities inspired by Galaxy’s flagship camera innovations such as Vision Booster. Packed by a 5000mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging, but don’t come with a charger in the box
Samsung Galaxy A35 in Awesome Iceblue, Awesome Lilac, and Awesome Navy colors, priced at Rs. 30,999 for 8GB RAM, Rs 33999 for 8GB + 256GB. Galaxy A55 comes only in Awesome Iceblue and Awesome Navy colors priced at Rs. 39,999 for 8GB RAM, Rs. 42,999 for 8GB + 256GB, and Rs. 45,999 for 12GB RAM.
The phones are available from Samsung exclusive and partner stores, Samsung.com, and other online platforms starting today. Launch offers Rs. 3,000 instant discount for holders of select credit and debit cards and free silicone case worth Rs. 1,899 for buyers during Samsung live starting from 12PM today, March 14th.
