Galaxy M20 is powered by  Octa-Core Exynos 7904 14nm processor with 3/4GB RAM, 32/64GB storage whereas Redmi Note 7 has 2.2GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 660 Processor with 3/4GB RAM,  32/64GB storage performance is better on Redmi Note 7.

Redmi Note 7 is packed by 4000mAh Battery compared to 5000mAh battery on Galaxy M20.
