Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge and Galaxy S25+ have a 6.7-inch (3120 x 1440 pixels) QHD+ Infinity-O Dynamic AMOLED 2X Display, 1-120Hz adaptive refresh rate. Both are powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor with 12GB RAM and 256GB / 512GB storage.
Galaxy S25 Plus has a 50-megapixel primary sensor with OIS, a 12-megapixel Ultra Wide Lens with a 120-degree field of view, a 10-megapixel Telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom and OIS. Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge has a 200MP rear camera with f/1.7 aperture, OIS, 2x optical quality zoom, 12MP 120° Ultra Wide sensor with f/2.2 aperture, OIS. Both Phones have a 12-megapixel front-facing camera. IP68 ratings for dust and water resistance. Galaxy S25 Plus has a 4900mAh battery with support for 45W fast charging, whereas Galaxy S25 Edge has a 3900mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging. Both phones feature wireless and reverse wireless charging.
