Samsung Galaxy S25 has a 6.2-inch (2340 x 1080 pixels) FHD+ (S25) Infinity-O Dynamic AMOLED 2X Display, 1-120Hz adaptive refresh rate compared to 6.7-inch (3120 x 1440 pixels) QHD+ Infinity-O Dynamic AMOLED 2X Display, 1-120Hz adaptive refresh rate on Galaxy S24+ . Exynos 2400 processor powers Galaxy S24+ whereas Galaxy S25 has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor both phones come with 12GB RAM and 256GB / 512GB storage.
Both phones have a 50-megapixel primary sensor with OIS, a 12-megapixel Ultra Wide Lens with a 120-degree field of view, a 10-megapixel Telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom and OIS, and a 12-megapixel front-facing camera. Both the phones come with IP68 ratings for dust and water resistance.
Samsung Galaxy S25 has a 4000mAh Battery with 25W fast charging whereas Galaxy S24+ has a 4900mAh battery with support for 45W fast charging. Both the phones feature wireless and reverse wireless charging.
