Western Digital today launched a new external 4TB storage capacity hard drive My Passport Ultra, and My Passport for Mac and My Passport Ultra Metal portable hard drives with same 4TB capacity will be launched soon.
Like all other WD portable drives, the new My Passport Ultra 4TB drive comes with 256-bit AES hardware encryption with password protection and WD automatic backup software with Dropbox integration. It features USB 3.0 with maximum 5GB/s transfer speeds.
