On Display Moto G4 Plus has a 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection whereas G5 Plus comes with Smaller 5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
