OPPO Reno 16 features a 6.32-inch 1.5K flat OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, while the Vivo V70 Elite comes with a larger 6.59-inch 1.5K flat AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate.
OPPO Reno 16 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor, compared to  Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor on Vivo V70 Elite. Both phones come with 8GB or 12GB LPDDR5X RAM.  OPPO Reno 16 comes with 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage, while the Vivo V70 Elite is available with 256GB or 512GB of faster UFS 4.1 storage.
OPPO Reno 16 features a 50MP Sony LYT-600 primary camera, OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide camera, and a 50MP 3.5x periscope telephoto camera with OIS. On the other hand, the Vivo V70 Elite includes a 50MP Sony IMX766 main camera with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 50MP IMX882 3x periscope telephoto camera with OIS. Both smartphones are equipped with a 50MP front camera.
OPPO Reno 16 is backed by a larger 6700mAh battery and supports 80W SuperVOOC fast charging. The Vivo V70 Elite packs a 6500mAh battery but supports faster 90W wired charging. The OPPO Reno 16 runs Android 16 with ColorOS 16, while the Vivo V70 Elite runs Android 16 with OriginOS 6. Both smartphones also feature an in-display fingerprint sensor.

Vivo V70 Elite is priced at Rs. 58,999 for the 8GB RAM, Rs 63,999 for 12GB + 256GB. OPPO Reno 16 is a compact smartphone with a larger battery and a higher-resolution ultra-wide camera.
