Both phones have a 6.1-inch (2340 x 1080 pixels) FHD+ Infinity-O Dynamic AMOLED 2X Display with 120Hz adaptive refresh rate. Galaxy S23 is powered by a 3.36 Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 compared to Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 on Galaxy S22.
Galaxy S23 has 12MP front camera whereas S22 has 10MP front camera. Galaxy S23 is packed with a 3900mAh battery, in comparison to a 3700mAh battery on Galaxy S22, Both phones support 25W Fast charging.
