Samsung S6 and S6 Edge to get Android 5.1.1 update Recently there was an update for a Fingerprint scanner.Canadian carrier Rogers has mentioned on its website that Android 5.1 for the Galaxy S6 and S6 edge will be released by June 2015
Since most carrier variants generally get updates a bit later than generic versions of smartphones, we feel that if the time frame is accurate, most users should be able to get Android 5.1 Lollipop on their S6 and S6 Edge by next month.
Android 5.1.1 is expected to add Guest Mode, kids Mode as well as full support for Google Camera 2 API, which will ensure user to Shoot in RAW format
