Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 goes official

Samsung has launched the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 foldable phone at its Galaxy Unpacked event in New York. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 has a larger 8-inch Infinity Flex Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen on the inside with 1-120Hz adaptive refresh rate,larger 6.5-inch FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with 1-120Hz adaptive refresh rate and taller 21:9 aspect ratio.

It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy. On Camera it has a 200MP sensor, 12MP ultra-wide camera, 10MP telephoto with 3X optical zoom and 30X space zoom and 10MP Front Camera. It has IP48 ratings for dust and water resistance, packed by a 4400mAh battery with 25W wired and 15W wireless (WPC and PMA) charging, and reverse wireless charging.

The Galaxy Z Fold7 weighs in at just 215 grams, the Galaxy Z Fold7 is lighter than the Galaxy S25 Ultra. It measures 8.9 mm thick when folded and 4.2 mm thick when unfolded. The cover display is protected by Corning® Gorilla® Glass Ceramic 2, a new glass ceramic with embedded crystals for enhanced durability and crack deflection. The back is protected by Corning® Gorilla® Glass Victus® 2. It runs One UI 8 based on Android 16.
