Vivo officially launched the world’s first 6GB RAM smartphone, Vivo X Play 5 Ultimate, in China. The Vivo Xplay 5 Ultimate features a 5.43-inch 2K display powered by a Snapdragon 820 chipset, 6GB RAM, 128GB of internal storage, and a 3600mAh battery.
