Both phones have a plastic build. Vivo T4x has a 6.72-inch FHD+ LCD 120Hz Display whereas POCO M7 Plus has 6.9-inch FHD+ LCD 144Hz display. Vivo T4x is powered by Dimensity 7300 processor compared to  Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 Processor on POCO M7 Plus. Both phones come with up to 8GB RAM, 128GB Storage.
