Xiaomi has launched the Xiaomi 17 and Xiaomi 17 Ultra in India. Xiaomi 17 has a 6.3-inch 1.5K OLED flat M10 LTPO panel with 1-120Hz refresh rate, and 1.18mm ultra-narrow uniform bezels and has a peak brightness of up to 3500 nits.
The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM. On Camera it has a 50MP 1/1.31″ 1.2μm Light Fusion 950 sensor, f/1.67 aperture, 50MP ultra-wide camera and a 50MP 2.6X telephoto camera, all with Leica Summilux lens and uses Xiaomi AISP 2.0 computational photography platform and 50MP front Camera. Packed by a 6330mAh battery with 100W Xiaomi Surge Wired Charging and 50W Xiaomi Surge Wireless Charging. The phone also supports PPS charging.

Xiaomi 17 comes in black, blue, and green colour options. Priced at Rs. 89,999 for the 12GB + 256GB variant, 12GB + 512GB model is priced at Rs. 99,999 and will be available via the Xiaomi India website, Amazon, and select retail stores starting March 13. As part of an Early Bird offer running from March 13 to March 17, buyers can get the 512GB variant at the price of the 256GB model. Xiaomi is also offering a free Phone Damage Protection Plan worth Rs. 9,999 with the purchase.
Xiaomi 17 Ultra features a 6.9-inch M10 OLED LTPO screen with peak brightness of 3500 nits, 1-120Hz variable refresh rate, has support for HDR10+ and Dolby Vision. New Xiaomi HyperRGB technology allows it to match 2K clarity with power consumption lower than typical 1.5K displays.
On Camera it has a triple-camera system designed to cover a wide range of scenarios from landscape to street photography. This system includes a 14mm ultra-wide lens, a 23mm Leica 1-inch ultra dynamic camera, and a Leica 200MP 75-100mm optical zoom telephoto camera. Leica 1-inch Ultra Dynamic Camera: Built on the Light Fusion 1050L sensor, this camera incorporates LOFIC HDR technology. It delivers a full well capacity 6.3 times greater than the previous generation, significantly improving highlight control and shadow detail in high-contrast and backlit environments.
Leica 200MP Optical Zoom Telephoto: Addressing traditional limitations in mid-to-long focal lengths, this camera uses three precisely matched lens groups and a prism. The second and third lens groups move independently to achieve true optical zoom across the 75mm-100mm equivalent range.
