Asus 6Z comes with a Flip Camera. It has a Glass build body, On the front, there is 6.4-inch bezel-less, Smart Key, Power button, Volume rockers on the right side, Smart Key on the right panel that can be pressed once for Google Assistant, twice for personal updates and press and hold for using Google Assistant in Walkie-Talkie style.
Speaker grill, USB Type C port, 3.5mm audio jack present on the bottom, SIM Card slot present on left. On top, it has a microphone. On Rear, it has a motorized Dual rear camera module, Fingerprint Scanner, and Asus branding. The phone measures 159.1*75.44*9.67 mm and Weight 195 g. Build quality is good phone is heavy and difficult to use with a single hand.
On Display Asus 6Z has a 6.46-inch ( pixels) Full HD+ NanoEdge IPS LCD 19.5:9 aspect ratio, HDR10 support which is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection. It produces good colors and Viewing angles. Auto brightness sensor does not work every time we had to manually adjust brightness sometimes. Overall Display quality is good, AMOLED panel could have been better.
Asus 6Z is powered by Octa-Core Snapdragon 855 7nm processor with Adreno 640 GPU. It comes with 6GB LPDDR4X RAM with 64GB/128GB (UFS 2.1) storage, 8GB LPDDR4X RAM with 256GB (UFS 2.1) storage which is further expandable memory up to 1TB with microSD. Asus 6Z has dedicated MicroSD card support. Performance is fast there was no lag while playing high-end games like PUBG, and Asphalt 9 glass back pannel gets warm, while in normal use there was no heating issue. Overall performance is top-notch.
Asus 6Z has a fingerprint scanner on the rear which works fast. It can be used for App lock also gestures support. face unlock works well in daylight conditions in Low light face unlock does not work. you have to swipe up to unlock, when using face unlock camera flips, unlocks the phone and goes back to its position. The audio quality is loud and clear, it has support for Dual VoLTE, Call quality is good.
On-Camera, Asus 6Z has a 48MP Sony IMX586 main sensor along with a 13MP 125 degree ultrawide sensor, dual-LED flash, laser autofocus while capturing selfies camera flips when a photo is captured camera flips back to normal. the camera flips open at 180 degrees. It is a stepper motor-assisted camera we can manually adjust the camera module.
It can record 4K videos at 60fps and has support for electronic image stabilization, HDR+, AI scene detection, depth mode. Auto Panorama tap the auto panorama button and the camera will swivel 180 degrees and click the entire panorama. The camera produces good images in daylight and low light, wide-angle does not work well in low light compared to daylight. Depth mode is decent needs improvement. Video recording is good but lacks OIS.

Asus 6Z runs on Android 9.0 (P.ie) with ZenUI 6. It comes with some preloaded apps out of which few can be uninstalled. It comes with Digital wellbeing, navigation gestures, Twin App, Game Genie, smart key, Optiflex. The user interface is fast and smooth, Asus 6Z will be getting Android Q update Soon
