Ringing Bells  Freedom 251 is cheapest smartphone in India which is priced at Rs 251. It will be launched later today specs and price is listed on company’s website. It features a 4-inch qHD Display powered by a 1.3Ghz quadcore processor  with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage which will be further expandable up to 32GB with microSD card.
On camera it comes with a 3.2MP rear camera and a 3MP front-facing camera . The device runs on Android 5.1 and supports 3G . Freedom 251 is powered by a 1450mAh battery. smartphone comes with Pre-installed such as WhatsApp, youtube, Swachh Bharat, medical, and others
