Vivo T5x features a 6.76-inch FHD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The OnePlus N6 comes with a 6.8-inch HD+ LCD display with the same 120Hz refresh rate. The Vivo T5x offers a sharper Full HD+ resolution, making it better for watching videos and gaming. Vivo T5x is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Turbo processor, while the OnePlus N6 runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 6360 Apex processor.
The Vivo T5x is available with 6GB or 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB or 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. The OnePlus N6 comes with 4GB or 6GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB or 256GB UFS 2.2 storage. For photography, the Vivo T5x has a 50MP main camera along with a 2MP depth sensor. The OnePlus N6 features a single 50MP rear camera. On the front, the Vivo T5x has a 32MP selfie camera, while the OnePlus N6 has an 8MP front camera. The Vivo T5x is the better choice for selfies and portrait photography.
Both smartphones feature a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for quick and secure unlocking. OnePlus N6 packs a larger 8000mAh battery with 45W fast charging. The Vivo T5x comes with a 7200mAh battery and 44W fast charging. On the software side, the Vivo T5x runs Android 16 with OriginOS 6, while the OnePlus N6 runs Android 16 with OxygenOS 16.
