YU launched the YUPHORIA smartphone back in May for Rs. 6,999, which went on sale on exclusively on Amazon at the end of May. Today the company has announced a Rs. 500 price cut for the smartphone, which now comes with stock Android 5.0 (Lollipop) instead of Cyanogen OS 12 based on Android 5.0 (Lollipop).
Yuphoria features a 5 -inch HD display with 3rd Gen Corning Gorilla glass with fingerprint and scratch resistant. and is powered by a 1.2Ghz Snapdragon 410 processor with Adreno 360GPU coupled with 2 GB of RAM.It Comes with 16 GB internal storage that can be further expanded using a microSD card On camera it comes with an 8-megapixel rear camera with F/2.2 aperture and 1080p video recording.5-megapixel front-facing camera.There is G-sensor, L-sensor, P-sensor, 6-axis gyroscope and an E-compass.
On Connectivity include 4G, Wifi, Bluetooth4.0 .the device is packed with 2230 mAh Li-Po battery claiming talk time up to 8 hours, standby time up to 310 hours, video playback time of up to six hours, and gaming up to 4 hours. YuPhoria comes with Quick charging 1.0, charges from 0 to 60% in 40 mins. Yuphoria comes with a metal body.Yuphoria will be available in White and Gold colors. Weighs 143 grams, is 8.25 mm thick
