Vivo has launched the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro flagship smartphones in India. Vivo X300 has a 6.31-inch LTPO OLED 120Hz display , Vivo X300 Pro retains the 6.78″ 1.5K 120Hz LTPO OLED display. Both phones are powered by the Dimensity 9500 SoC with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM.
It runs on Origin OS 6.0 based on Android 16 with 5 years of OS updates and 7 years of security updates. The phones have IP68 + IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. Vivo X300 has a 200MP main camera with 1/1.4″ Samsung HPB sensor, 50MP ultra-wide camera and a 50MP 1/1.95″ LYT602 periscope telephoto camera with telemacro.

Vivo X300 Pro is the first phone to use a 50MP 1/1.28″ LYT828 main camera, has a 50MP ultra-wide camera and a 200MP 1/1.4″ Samsung HPB sensor for the 85mm periscope telephoto camera with telemacro. This uses V3+ chip and supports 4K HDR cinematic portrait videos. Both have 50MP front camera.Vivo X300 packs a 6040mAh battery, Vivo X300 Pro has a 6510mAh battery. Vivo X300 Pro comes in Elite Black and Dune Gold colours and is priced at Rs. 1,09,999 for the single 16GB + 512GB model. Vivo ZEISS 2.35x telephoto extender kit is priced at Rs. 18,999.
