Both phones have a 6.3-inch 1.5K AMOLED 120Hz Display. OPPO Reno 15 Pro mini is powered by Dimensity 8450 4nm processor, compared to the Snapdragon 8 Elite on OnePlus 13s. Reno15 Pro Mini measures 151.2 x 72.4 x 8mm at 187g with Gorilla Glass 7i, aluminum frame, and OnePlus 13s is slightly slimmer at 150.8 x 71.7 x 8.2mm and 185g.
