Google Releases April Android Security Update for Nexus devices

Google has  roll out new over-the-air (OTA) update for Nexus devices and also posted factory images as part of monthly Android Security release. The latest update this month fixes several critical issues, including issues in Remote Code Execution Vulnerability in DHCPCD, Media Codec, Mediaserver, libstagefright, Elevation of Privilege Vulnerability in Kernel, Qualcomm Performance Module and more.

Nexus 6 (MMB29X)
Nexus 6P (MHC19Q)
Nexus 7 2013 WiFi (MOB30D)
Nexus 7 2013 LTE (MMB29X)
Nexus 9 WiFi (MOB30D)
Nexus 9 LTE (MMB29X)
Nexus 10 (LMY49J)
Nexus Player (MOB30D)

issues that are fixed in the latest update in the Android Security Bulletin  and download factory images for these Nexus devices from the Google Developers website , if you don’t have the over-the-air (OTA) update yet.
