Lenovo is all set to launch latest Miix 700 2-in 1 tablet. Lenovo’s Miix 720-12IKB tablet features a 12 inch, 2880 x 1920 x pixel display and supports up to 16GB of DDR4 memory and up to 1TB of PCIe solid state storage.
The USB C port is also used for charging the tablet’s 41Wh battery.The tablet alone measures about 0.35 inches thick and weighs about 1.7 pounds. Add the keyboard cover and you’ve got a device that’s about 0.57 inches thick and 2.4 pounds. Lenovo uses the same “watchband” style hinge for the kickstand in the back of the tablet that the company’s been using for its latest Yoga and Miix devices. Other features include dual array microphones, stereo speakers a 5MP rear camera, and a 1MP front camera with support for Windows Hello secure login features.
Miix 720 will be available with Core i3-7100U, Core i5-7200U or Core i7-7500U processors, which means that this year’s model should be much more powerful than last year’s… but also probably more expensive.The Miix 720 has a USB 3.1 Type-C port, a USB 3.0 port, and a USB 2.0 port as well as a headset jack and microSD card slot. And the tablet supports 802.11ac WiFi and Bluetooth 4.1.
