Lenovo Today at Lenovo Tech World 2016 launched the world’s first project tango smartphone Lenovo Phab 2 Pro. smartphone was developed in collaboration with Google, and is meant to make “AR and VR as pervasive as your GPS.”

It has a 6.4-inch QHD Display powered by a 1.8GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.There are four cameras in the Lenovo Phab2 Pro – 8MP front cam, 16MP primary snapper, one depth sensor, and lastly, the motion-tracking cam

Project Tango is centred around machine vision, with a camera and sensor setup that provides motion tracking, depth perception, and area learning. This can enable augmented reality applications like indoor navigation, search, and gaming. With depth sensing, it can be used gesture tracking in virtual reality.
