Both devices come with a 5.2-inch HD Display and Fingerprint Scanner. Meizu M5s is powered by a 1.3 GHz Octa-Core MediaTek MT6753 64-bit processor whereas Meizu M5 comes with a 1.5GHz Octa-Core MediaTek MT6750 Processor.
On Camera, Both devices have a 13MP Rear camera and 5MP front camera. Meizu M5s is packed with a 3000mAh battery with fast charging compared to Meizu M5 has a 3070mAh battery.
