Samsung Galaxy Card Launched: First Samsung Credit Card with Cash Rewards on Every Purchase

Samsung has launched the Samsung Galaxy Card, its first-ever credit card offering designed to provide cash rewards and integrated financing options for daily purchases and Samsung products . Issued by Barclays US Consumer Bank on the Visa network, the card is available in both a virtual format and a premium physical metal design featuring a black Samsung logo.

Samsung Galaxy Card Features and Reward Structure

The Samsung Galaxy Card integrates directly with Samsung Wallet and offers a tiered cash rewards structure:

  • 5% Cash Rewards: Applicable on eligible direct purchases made with Samsung.
  • 3% Cash Rewards: Applied to purchases made using Samsung Wallet.
  • 2% Cash Rewards: Earned on selected streaming services, including Netflix, Disney+, and Spotify.
  • 1% Cash Rewards: Applicable to all other general purchases.

In addition to standard cash rewards, cardholders receive 20% off Samsung VIP Advantage memberships, along with 5% cash rewards on membership purchases or renewals.

 

Launch Schedule and Promotional Offers

Early Access: Early access applications are currently open online for eligible customers.
General Availability: Applications open to the general public on July 22, 2026, online and at Samsung retail locations across the United States.
Welcome Bonus: Applicants can earn an additional $200 in bonus cash rewards after spending $2,000 within the first 90 days of opening an account.
Pre-Order Incentives & Sweepstakes: Customers who reserve early can receive a $30 Samsung credit during the pre-order period, with combined promotional offers reaching up to $1,230 in potential savings. Applicants are also entered into a sweepstakes for a chance to win one of ten $500 gift cards for Samsung.com.

The card operates within the Samsung Wallet ecosystem, allowing users to consolidate payment cards, digital IDs, passes, and keys within a single application. Security is managed via Samsung Knox, the company’s defense-grade mobile security platform integrated into Samsung devices.
