WhatsApp has added tons of new emojis for its Android app, before Android gets these emojis next week starting from Nexus devices, as announced by Google’s new SVP of Android, Chrome OS and Chromecast, Hiroshi Lockheimer. He said that Google has also shared the fonts and tech details with other OEMs so they can update as well.
Some of these new emojis include, volleyball, taco, middle finger, champagne bottle, as well as new faces for sickness, thinking, and rolling eyes. You can press the emoji icon on the left corner of the input area to access the emoji.
These new WhatsApp emojis are available in the latest update through the official website, and is not available through Google Play yet.
