Xiaomi Yi Action Camera is now available in US via Amazon. It has a 16-megapixel camera which uses Sony’s Exmor R BSI CMOS image sensor to capture full high definition videos and records video at 1080p (60 frames per second). It features slow motion and adjustable time-lapse shooting modes. The camera sports an 155° ultra-wide angle lens. It can record up to 90 minutes of footage on a single charge.
The action camera is also equipped with built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth so it can be controlled via smartphone from up to 300 feet away and an accompanying YI Action App offers the ability to adjust camera settings and stream live footage instantly on a smartphone. It is waterproof for up to 40 meters underwater, It weighs 72 grams comes with 64GB storage.
