Google has launched Xolo Chromebook and Nexian Air Chromebook in India. Both these have a 11.6″ (1366 x 768 pixels) IPS display and are powered by a 1.8 GHz Rockchip 3288 Quad-core processor based on ARM Cortex-A17 CPU and has ARM Mali-T764 GPU. These have 2GB DDR3 RAM and 16GB of internal storage with expansion slot. Both Xolo Chromebook and Nexian Air Chromebook is packed with 4200 mAh battery with up to 8 hours of working battery life.The Nexian Air Chromebook has rugged splash-proof design.

Xolo Chromebook will be available from Snapdeal at an introductory price of Rs. 12,999 and the Nexian Air Chromebook will be available from Amazon.in for Rs. 12,999. Google said that it will launch Asus Chromebook Flip, Asus Chromebook C201 and Samsung Chromebooks in India in coming months.
