Freedom 251 India’s cheapest smartphone Officially Launched for Rs 251

Ringing Bells  today launched the Freedom 251 india’s cheapest smartphone in India. Smartphone was launched by Dr. Murali Manohar Joshi, Member of Parliament and Former Minister of Human Resource and Development, Govt. of India. It has a 4-inch WVGA display, is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core processor with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage which is further expandable up to 32GB with microSD card.
Smartphone supports 3G connectivity and runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop). It has a 3.2-megapixel rear camera and a VGA front-facing camera. smartphone packed by a 1450mAH battery.The phone comes pre-loaded with several apps for Women Safety, Swachh Bharat, Framers, Fishermen and more.  launch is in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision for “empowering India to the last person, transforming India’s growth story”

Freedom 251 comes in white color and is priced at just Rs. 251. It comes with 1-year warranty and the company says that it has over 650 service centers across India.warranty extends for a period of 12 months for the host unit, 6 months for battery and charger, and 3 months for earphone commencing from the date of purchase,” booking will start  from February 18 at 6 AM and closes on February 21 at 8 PM.
