Realme 16 Pro+ has a 6.8-inch (1280 x 2800 pixels) 1.5K 144Hz OLED Curved display. OnePlus 13R has a 6.78-inch (2780×1264 pixels) 1~120Hz 8T LTPO AMOLED 1.5K display , powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Processor, compared to the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor on realme 16 Pro+.
