Vivo V70 FE features a 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, while the OPPO Reno 16c has a 6.57-inch FHD+ AMOLED 120Hz display. Vivo V70 FE is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7360 Turbo processor, whereas the Reno 16c runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Energy processor. The Vivo also uses faster LPDDR5 RAM, while the OPPO is equipped with LPDDR4X RAM.
In the camera department, the Vivo V70 FE features a 200MP primary camera with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide camera. OPPO Reno 16c comes with a 50MP main camera with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 50MP 3.5x telephoto camera. Both smartphones feature a 50MP front camera.
