Huawei’s Honor has finally announced that it will roll out Android Lollipop update for some of its Honor series of smartphones in India starting from September. The Huawei Honor 4C, Honor 6, Honor 6 Plus will get the Lollipop update in September and the Honor 4X will get the update in October.All these smartphones will get Emotion UI 3.1 in the form of Android Lollipop update.

Huawei Honor 6 Plus – September 29th
Huawei Honor 4X – October 20th
The Android Lollipop update brings Material Design with bold, colorful, and responsive UI design, better notifications, Interruptions, better security, Improved network hand offs, flexible sharing, faster, smoother and more powerful experience with ART and more new features. Huawei did not announce when it will roll out Android Lollipop update for its Honor 3C and Honor Holly budget smartphones.
