The biggest highlight of the laptop is its ‘virtually borderless’ InfinityEdge display that is also available in multi-touch and QHD+ options. The lightweight laptop weighs as little as 1.2kg, and is quite sleek too, with dimensions of 9-15x304x200mm. The laptop also bears Waves MaxxAudio Pro-tuned stereo speakers (1-watt each). All the Dell XPS 13 models launched run Windows 10.
The Dell XPS is made of machined aluminum, carbon fiber, and Corning Gorilla Glass NBT (on touchscreen versions). To recall, the refreshed variant of the laptop was launched in August this year. Dell XPS 13 has eighth generation Intel Core i5-8250U (up to Intel Core i7-8550U) processor coupled with Intel UHD Graphics and 8GB of LPDDR3 RAM (up to 16GB). It bears a 13.3-inch full-HD display (1920×1080 pixels) IPS InfinityEdge display.Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth, two USB 3.0 ports, 1 SD card reader, 1 headset jack, Noble lock slot, and 1 Thunderbolt 3 port. It features a 256GB PCIe SSD (up to 512GB). It runs on a 60Whr battery, and ships with a 12-month subscription to McAfee LivSafe.
