Both Phones come with a 6.77-inch FHD+ Quad Curved AMOLED Display with 120Hz Refresh Rate, 50MP camera with Sony IMX882 sensor and 32MP Front Camera.
iQOO Z10R is powered by Dimensity 7400 processor, whereas  Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 Processor on iQOO Z10. iQOO Z10R is packed by a 5700mAh Battery with 44W Fast charging, compared to bigger 7300mAh battery with 90W fast charging on iQOO Z10.
