The Nothing Phone 4b features a 6.77-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate. Nothing Phone 4a comes with a slightly larger 6.78-inch 1.5K flexible AMOLED display with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate. Nothing Phone 4b is powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 processor paired with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB UFS 2.2 storage. Nothing Phone 4a steps up the performance with the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor. It is available with 8GB or 12GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage, offering faster app loading, improved multitasking, and better gaming performance.

Nothing Phone 4b features a 50MP primary camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and an 8MP ultra-wide camera and 16MP front camera. Nothing Phone 4a offers 50MP primary camera with OIS, an 8MP 120-degree ultra-wide camera, 50MP 3.5x periscope telephoto camera with OIS and 32MP selfie camera. Nothing Phone 4b packs a large 6000mAh battery with 33W fast charging. The Nothing Phone 4a comes with a slightly smaller 5400mAh battery with 50W charging support.  Both smartphones run Android 16 with Nothing OS 4.1, come with an in-display fingerprint scanner and IP64 dust and water resistance.
