Both Phones have a 1.5K 120Hz AMOLED display. POCO F6 is powered by a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor compared to the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 on Realme GT 6T. Both have up to 12GB RAM and up to 512GB Storage.
On Camera both phones have a 50MP Main sensor, 8MP Ultrawide camera. Poco uses a Sony IMX-822 sensor. Realme GT 6T has a 32MP front camera whereas POCO F6 has 20MP front camera.
