Acer today at IFA 2016 in Berlin has announced Swift 7 world’s first notebook that is less than 10mm thick notebook weighs just 1.1kg.
It has all-aluminum uni-body, sports a 13.3-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080)IPS display with a micro-bezel and comes with Corning Gorilla Glass on top. The notebook is powered by 7th Generation Intel Core i5 processor and comes with 8GB memory and 256GB SSD. Running Windows 10, connectivity options on the Swift 7 includes two USB Type-C ports on-board, along with an HDR-enabled webcam.
Acer is promising up to 9 hours of battery life with Swift 7. Acer Swift 7 will be available in North America in October with prices starting at $999; in EMEA in October with prices starting at €1,299 and in China in September with prices starting at ¥6,999.
