Both phones come with a Plastic build. Infinix Note 30 5G has a matte finish design compared to the Glossy design of Galaxy F14. Infinix Note 30 5G has a 6.78-inch (2460×1080 pixels) FHD+ LCD Punch Hole screen with a 120Hz refresh rate whereas Samsung Galaxy F14 has a  6.6-inch (1080 x 2408 pixels) FHD+ Infinity-V LCD screen with 90Hz refresh rate.
