Both Phones has a Metal body design. Moto G5 Plus has a 5.2-inch Full-HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) Display with Gorilla Glass 3 whereas Honor 6X has a 5.5-inch (1080 x 1920 pixels) Full HD 2.5D curved glass IPS display which lacks Gorilla Glass protection. Both Devices produces good viewing angles and colors in both Indoor and outdoor conditions
On the front on Moto G5 Plus, there is Moto Logo, Earpiece which acts as Speaker there are On Screen buttons and Fingerprint Scanner Below the display. Whereas On Honor 6X there is Notification LED, Earpiece, sensors and Honor logo below the display. Coming to right there is Volume rockers and Power Button. On left Honor 6X has SIM card slot, there is nothing on Moto G5 Plus.
On Bottom, Moto G5 Plus has a MicroUSB port and 3.5mm audio jack whereas Honor 6X has speaker grill and MicroUSB port. Honor 6X has 3.5mm audio jack noise cancellation microphone on top whereas G5 Plus has SIM card Slot. Coming to Rear, both Phones has Metal body. On Honor 6X there is plastic on top and bottom. G5 Plus has 12MP Rear Camera with Dual Tone LED Flash whereas Honor 6X has Dual 12MP +2MP Rear Camera with LED Flash there is Honor logo on Both. In terms of Build, G5 Plus is better, both Phones Design is good can be used in Single hand.Both has Curved edges on Rear.

Moto G5 Plus comes with a 12MP rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, Autofocus, Sony IMX362 sensor, f/1.7 aperture, 4K video recording and 5MP front-facing camera with OmniVision OV5695 sensor, f/2.2 aperture.Honor 6X comes with a 12-megapixel sensor with a sensor size of 1/2.9″ and a 1.25-micron pixel size, while the secondary lens has a 2-megapixel sensor.The primary 12MP sensor is an RGB one that captures the color information while the secondary 2MP sensor is a monochrome one to record the information correctly to bring out a perfect capture. And there is 8 MP front facing Camera. 1080p video at 30 fps is possible with the 12MP camera of the Honor 6X.

Performance on Moto G5 Plus is better compared to Kirin 655 on 6X.
