Realme 6 has a plastic build compared to Redmi Note 9 Pro which has Glass build. Realme 6 comes with a 6.5-inch Single Punch Hole FHD+ Display with 90Hz Refresh rate whereas Note 9 Pro has a 6.67-inch (2400  × 1080 pixels) 20:9 Full HD+ LCD DotDisplay.

Realme 6 has MediaTek Helio G90T 12nm processor compared to Snapdragon 720G 8nm processor on Redmi Note 9 Pro.
