On Design Galaxy M20 comes with a Plastic build. On the front, it has a 6.3-inch Infinity Display, Volume rockers, a Power button right side, 3.5mm Audio Jack, USB Type C Speaker girl on the bottom. On left, there is a SIM Card slot. on top, there is a Noise-cancellation microphone. On the Rear, it has a Dual Rear Camera, Fingerprint Scanner, and Samsung Branding. The back panel looks like Glass but it is made up of plastic, It gets fingerprints and Scratches easily, Samsung does not ship TPU case cover in the Box. The phone is heavy can’t be used in a single hand. Overall build quality is good.
Samsung Galaxy M20 has a 6.3-inch (2340 x 1080 pixels) Full HD+ 19.5:9 TFT display, It’s the first smartphone from Samsung to come with Infinity V Display. Galaxy M20 uses TFT Display, It’s brighter than other phones in this price range and produces good colors and viewing angle in both daylight and indoor conditions. Galaxy M20 has a 13MP rear camera with LED flash, f/1.9 aperture, 5MP ultra-wide angle camera and 8MP front camera with f/2.0 aperture both phones can record 1080p video it does not support EIS. Photo captured in good lighting is decent, Colors are not accurate, Low light camera is average. Front-camera selfies are decent. Live focus mode does not work well with Rear Camera. It also has support wide angle camera which is good. Overall Galaxy M20 camera performance is average compared to Redmi Note7, Realme U1, Zenfone Max Pro M2.
Samsung Galaxy M20 runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with Samsung Experience UI. It comes with One hand mode, Game launcher, Chat over video, Dual messenger and More. There are a few pre-loaded apps. Users interface is smooth while multitasking it lags sometimes. You will notice spam notifications from My Galaxy App which you can disable by disabling My Galaxy App. Galaxy M20 has fingerprint Scanner on the Rear which works fast it can be used to swipe down notification panel. Face unlock works under good lightning does not work in low light.
