Vivo Y66 has a 5.5-inch HD Display whereas Oppo A57 has a 5.2-inch HD display. Both Phones have 3GB RAM. Y66 is powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek MT6750 processor which is similar to Vivo V5, the Global model comes with a Snapdragon 430 SoC whereas Oppo A57 has a 1.4GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 435 processor. On Camera, both phones have a 13MP Rear Camera and a 16MP front-facing camera. Dual SIM support device runs on Android Marshmallow.
