Galaxy A series offers IP68 water and dust resistance, allowing it to withstand the elements, including rain, sweat, sand and dust, making the device suitable for nearly any activity or situation Galaxy A provides expanded, a larger memory, as well as expandable storage with microSD support up to 256GB. With a longer battery life to keep up with users’ active lifestyles and Fast Charge, the device powers up in no time. The Galaxy A is equipped with reversible USB Type-C port for easy connectivity including hassle-free charging. It also features Always on Display so users can quickly glance at the time and calendar without waking up the device, saving time and battery.

On Display Galaxy A3 feature a  4.7-inch  HD Super AMOLED display whereas Galaxy A5 (2017) has a 5.2-inch (1920×1080 pixels) Full HD Super AMOLED display and 5.7-inch (1920×1080 pixels) Full HD Super AMOLED display on Galaxy A7.

Galaxy A3 is powered by a  1.6GHz Octa-Core Exynos 7870 14nm processor whereas Galaxy A5, A7 (2017) is powered by a 1.9 GHz Octa-Core Exynos 7880 processor with Mali-T830 GPU. On storage Galaxy A5, A7 (2017) has a 32GB of internal storage and 3GB RAM compared to 2GB  RAM and 16GB of  storage on Galaxy A3 (2017)

On camera, Both Galaxy A5, A7 (2017) comes with a 16 Megapixel rear and front camera whereas Galaxy A3 (2017) comes with a 13MP rear camera and 8MP front facing camera. Samsung Galaxy A3 is packed with a 2350mAh battery, Galaxy A5 has a 3000mAh battery whereas Galaxy A7 (2017) packed with a 3600mAh battery.
